Harborview Inn And Suites

The Location is the best part about the hotel. I would recommend this for people who are only staying the weekend and who do not have a family because the rooms are not that big. stay on the second or first floor because the elevators are not that great

Loved this Hotel and will stay here again. The place was clean. It was very conviently located. I walked with my 3 year old and felt safe. The staff was outstanding. There was no parking on site as promised. There is not a "breakfast", only toast. The room was filthy and musty. There were false eye lashes on the night stand when we checked in. The housekeeper opened the door without knocking the following morning and left the door open! The hotel staff did not care at all when I brought my concerns to their attention. I checked out after the first night and canceled my reservation for the second night. The manager has not returned my e-mail requesting a refund for the second night that they charged me for. It smelled, furniture was old, everything looked old. Not at all what I expected.

This was my worst hotel experience to date. My room had a bed bug infestation, a fact denied by the hotel but later confirmed by a doctor. Doors from the hotel onto the streets were unsecured. The advertised continental breakfast looked so bad that even the manager suggested going elsewhere. I absolutely do not recommend Harborview Inn and Suites to any traveler. There should be no compromise over sanitation and safety.

This hotel had okay parking and close to harbor, Little Italy, and public transportation. The staff was kind and gave me an iron to use. It's real just bread and coffee for a morning snack. No eggs or bacon or fruit.
