The money you save on Priceline is not worth the aggravation you will experience later! It would have been cheaper for me to do it on my own through the hotel directly!

Getting to the hotel is very convenient from any direction. Its location is convenient to visit friends and family in Chicago and neighboring communities. The hotel is downtown overlooking the river. It is very convenient going to he eateries and of course to the casino. Varies coupons that one can use within the building can cut cost during your stay.

My husband and i had a wonderful stay. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable. I can not expess how comfortable the bed was. We didnt want to get up in the morning.

Great perks for free that you do not get at other places like free valet parking and free internet access. The internet access was very spotty. They probably wanted us to gamble instead of surf the internet. It seems like they were blocking the signal as my 4G phone didn't work in the hotel at all. Room was huge. We had a problem with the TV and they changed it out ASAP.

Hotel room was excellent. Exceeded my expectations. Very clean and spacious. Front desk employees extremely helpful and polite. Definitely will stay at this hotel again!
