Hotel Guest Reviews of the Harrah's Tunica

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The pool area.
No complimentary breakfast, and very expensive for food.

The hotel was nice, but it was more for business purposes. They did not offer complimentary breakfast. I was charged for a night when I was not there. My bookings were all wrong even after speaking to a person to correct it. The shuttle drivers were very polite but the hotel staff including the supervisor were unwilling to help straighten the situation at all. They had a small refrigerator but no microwave. I was also told that the TV's were flat screen and they were not. ...read more

Close to the Casino's.
From a year ago the staff has let the cleanliness go way down. We may not return.

The attention to detail was non-existent! There was trash in the flower beds that was there our entire four night stay. The carpets in the hall and our room was not swept! Not even once! At check-out, the lady at the front desk did not seem to care at all when I brought this to her attention.

I liked how there was a shuttle provided between all 3 or 4 casinos in the vicinity.
I did not like how the hotel confirmation was not specific to the building we needed to be in & how it was not at the actual casino & did not specify.

The low price.
The outside of the Hotel was dirty!!! Lights were burnt out!

This is a great resort to stay at. The inside is very clean, but the outside is very dirty! The pool when open is great! The pool at the Veranda is the best. I recommend this hotel!

Check-in staff was rude.

As I'm checking in, as the person in front of me finished, the lady said "sorry - I'm off the clock". There's no one behind me - can you not take 1 more customer? This property was located much farther than a walking distance to the casino - which was not mentioned anywhere.

The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the huge bathroom.
Having to use room keys for the elevator to go up.

It was a very nice hotel. It has a spa and restaurant in it, but I didn't use either one.

The hotel's vast grounds and property was very impressive.
Two of the three restaurants are very expensive. The food court is very ordinary with only three choices.

We have a very good stay at the hotel. The rooms are large and roomy. Furniture may be a bit outdated, but there is nothing to complain about the overall stay. We enjoyed very much, and would certainly stay there again.

Security system used to get to rooms, spacious & luxury lobby, and shuttle service to casino.
The parking was a little far, and the only way to get to hotel was thru front door.

Really enjoyed our stay, very clean, and quiet.

Casino friendly staff, needs another bar, and get rid of the entire staff at the food court.
