Location, staff, cleanliness and especially the breakfast was just great.
The A/C kept shutting off. I think it was set at 71 degrees when I would have appreciated it at 65-68.

This hotel is pretty close to downtown. It's only an exit away to Napa Premium Outlets! There are Target, Raleys close by. Restaurants are pretty close also. Loved the heated swimming pool and the spa!

Good staff--they were pleasant.The free breakfast is a good deal--lots of options.
Location is not very appealing (semi-industrial area)or charming--but it is close to things. Room lighting is dark and depressing. The beds are rock-hard and very uncomfortable, as are the pillows. We could not sleep, they were so uncomfortable.

We would not stay here again. This is the first time that we've had a negative experience with the results of a "blind" bid through Priceline. The staff was nice and tried to be accommodating--but the hotel is very budget "motel chain-like". The location of the hotel is depressing--somewhat of a semi-industrial area of Napa. It's really a motel, and not a hotel. The room lighting is energy efficient--but dull and depressing. The room furnishings were up to date--but the mattresses on the beds were the hardest, most uncomfortable mattresses we've experienced in a long time. Great breakfast buffet.
The bathroom light was automatic so if someone went to the bathroom it would turn on really brightly and wake everyone up. It would be great to able to disable that.

TV channels were 80 percent sports, many were just static. An extra blanket in the closet or drawer would have been nice.

Great location, clean, easy and quick check-in. Quiet and bed was comfortable. Has all amenities, and breakfast is really awesome, included in price. NICE! Indoor pool and spa were great, clean, perfect temp..

Great location to Napa Wine country, better value for the money and nothing fancy but, we wanted to spend our money on wine and food not on a bed we only slept in for a few hours.
