Location was the main reason for choosing hotel. The in room safe held my laptop.
The rooms were rundown and the tv was old and very few channels were available. The resturant was closed at 8pm and I didn't like bar food

Good location.
I believe the front desk check out needed more training very slow. Valet parking is billed independent of hotel ???

The hotel is beautiful, the staff was outstanding and convenience to theaters made it the perfect location for an overnight stay.
Our stay was too short to really judge, but for a hotel that is not that old, it has a bit of wear and tear that should be addressed. Plus, the rooms are not checked for amenities.
The hotel is in a prime location to the theaters in the area. The food at the hotel restaurant was outstanding as was the waitress who took our order and served us.

The appearance of the room was dated not enough towels n room and called housekeeper took over 30 mins for them to bring towels
The location of hotel was great for arts district downtown New Brunswick but it should only b a 3 star hotel

The location and staff are great!
This hotel needs a serious makeover if it wants to continue to claim 4 star status! Why are there no flat screen televisions? Why are some rooms missing lights and other basics?

Very nice rooms
The valet parking. I left my car with the valet on the 20th and when I my car was delivered to me the next morning, all of my xmas gifts in the truck were gone. There were only 3 people on staff that day handling cars and I still have no answer
Hotel itself was nice. Again. I would not go back because of the parking situation

This is a beautiful new hotel in New Brunswick, the king size bed was super comfortable, room was quiet.
There was black mold in the shower, on the ceiling. Also the water pressure was so frugal that it was difficult having a proper shower.The lock on my door (rm 601) was damaged.The view from my window was very depre
I would absolutely stay here again, however I will ask for a room with a better view at check in.Also bring your favorite bottled water as they don't provide bottled water with the room.
