Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hesperia Madrid
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 4, 2012

The Hesperia Madrid is an amazing place where the staff made us feel extremely welcome. They went out of their way for us, no matter what our requests were. The hotel is centrally located in the best area of Madrid, its restaurant is very good (breakfast buffet is great), and the beds are the most comfortable we've encountered in a hotel.

Customer service was good. When they booked our flamenco show, we were given the best table because we came from Hesperia Hotel. It was also very helpful with out restaurant reservations in Segovia.

When I checked in they gave me a free upgrade. It turned out that I was given the presidential suite (!). The suite really met all my expectations. It was the first time staying in a presidential suite at a five-star hotel. It certainly was a great experience. The beauty was in the details that came along with the suite. It had a huge room with office corner, a nice bedroom that could be seperated from the livingroom and a huge balcony with jacuzzi that could easily accomodate 50 people. Unfortunately I only stayed one night but I'll never forget this. Definitely to recommend this very nice hotel. ...
