Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hillside Inn Pagosa
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 28, 2013

This hotel was not even a one star. The sink would not drain (it was discolored from being broke so long), the carpets were dirty and worn down to the threads. There was no hot water at 7:30 a.m. so I had a cold shower. The coffee pot was broke in the room. The milk was spoiled at the breakfast bar. This was a great place for our late night arrival and early morning departure for skiing. It was also quiet!

I travel with a dog and they were very accommodating. As a solo traveler, I felt safe in this beautiful hotel. Very easy to find, sinage well lit off the main road.

Also, the pool and spa looked great in the pictures online, but in reality, they were in desperate need of some repair and cleaning. The only thing we enjoyed at the hotel was breakfast. ...

It is a good motel if you just want to stay one night and move on. It was quiet but not as clean as I would have preferred.
