I didn't like how the lady at the front desk gave me and my company attitude when discussing the room details. She needs more customer service training. There was also a gentleman that was also rude. Based on their poor customer skills I will not return.

Good complimentary breakfast. Everything else was average and definitely not worth the xxx
I spent on the room.

We chose this hotel because it was very close to Foxwoods.
The last shuttle bus from Foxwoods was at 10:45pm which seems very early.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I was very impressed with there continental breakfast too!

It was comfortable and clean, located close to Foxwoods, the free shuttle was very convenient.

The convenience of the shuttle to Foxwoods was fantastic.
Breakfast left something to be desired, watery orange juice and no scrambled eggs, (my husband was very disappointed about that).

Overall, this hotel worked out great for us. The shuttle to Foxwoods was really convenient. The room was nice and clean - we would stay here again.

The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to the casino. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are spotless.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff were very friendly and inviting. I found the room to be spotless and very comfortable. It was a great stay and I look forward to staying with them in the future.

Close to attraction we went to.
There was no deluxe Constenanial breakfast; make your own walfals, stale Danish/muffins, coffee wasn't good at all.

Over all it fit the purpose, but I wouldn't make it my first choice, unless nothing else was available.

Convenient to foxwoods, Everything else was terrible.
Staff was unprofessional and rude. The rooms were outdated and dirty.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. After we proceeded to make a pot of coffee and the coffee maker stopped, we found used drug needles and crackpipes in the coffee maker. The staff was not concerned and brushed it off. Very unprofessional. Rooms were dirty looking and smelling. Only good thing is the shuttle that gets you away from the hotel to Foxwoods.
