Hilltop Inn

Front desk was cheerful, attentive and helpful. Sheets good . The bathroom was not clean and all of the rugs were really shabby and dirty looking. Felt very derelict. I did not stay here even though I had already paid for my stay. I was that uncomfortable.

Staff helpful with what they have to work with. Rooms the pits beds very sleepable Restaurant Staff very friendly and willing to work with us to take order back to our room. Food decent.

Less than basic television, wallpaper coming off walls in sheets, amenities were very basic, but room was quiet.
Staff were friendly and helpful, the other manager who spoke very broken English was nasty and only helped when he had no choice. Cleaning couple were kind and efficient. I would stay here again but only because of the price.

Do not stay here! No hot water in room. When we complained we were told that everyone was trying to take a shower at the same time and to wait 1/2 hour. Still no hot water. Still none 3 hours. Later when we ran from this hotel! Bugs in bathroom! Had bite marks on my neck and ankles. When we asked for our money back we were told, too bad nothing she could do we were leaving by our own choice! Thank goodness Comfort Inn up the road had a room which they discounted for us. Unfortunately for one nights lodging it ended up costing us $ 298.00.

This is absolutely the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff was extremely rude! Called the police when we requested new room because nothing worked in original room. Air conditioner broken, TV remote broken, refrigerator broken, no ice in any of the ice machines, no HBO as stated, absolutely dirty! Finally given second room only to find it worse than the first. Staff was incompetent and was not friendly. Sink ran over. They moved us to another room which they supposedly didn't have then for two days there was no hot water. When we complained it went on deaf ears.
