Very clean room. Staff very helpful. Location was perfect as it relates to access to traveler needs.
Yes, there was a $19.00 parking fee. Really????? This is, of course, outrageous. There should not be a parking fee for those who stay the night(s) at this hotel. This feature will definately affect our decision making when staying in the area again.

Location, the grounds, all the amenities.
I knew there was a $19 self parking fee. Didn't realize internet would cost also but most higher end hotels do charge for extra stuff.

The shower water pressure was not good. Need new power shower heads or something.

Excellent place to stay. Very convenient to all areas of town with easy off and on. Will always stay here when I can.

It was beautiful. The valet and other staff were friendly.
The room didn't have an outside window. (Tower) I'll pay more attention next time.

If you book in the Tower you will check in and then go around to the Tower entrance. The bed was comfy! The room was super clean! We didn't have the time to explore the hotel, but what we did see was beautiful. We will be back!

The location, the staff and the hotel is great
The room given was nothing alike a room I had in the past, very small I felt that I was in motel 6 I didn't even have an extra sofa bed like it mention in my papers from Priceline, we had to brought this up to the staff to relocate us in a better room.

We pick a wrong date to go on this trip, The Anatole was packed with church members I assumed for Easter, the elevators were packed we had to wait several times before reaching to our room, what really disappointed me was the room we were given in the past we stayed in this hotel and we had a wonderful time in the Tower area with a room fitting the price and the stars, if you stay in the Atrium the experience will be totally different the room, bathroom are small and not very luxurious we were given a room that did not fit the description in Priceline we didn't even had a Sofa bed until we brought this to the staff we were relocated and given a better room, however because the hotel was so packed we had to settle with a smoking room and I don't smoke, due to being our wedding anniversary the staff complemented us with Champagne and strawberries for free that made our stay a lot better =) ...read more

Great location, nice big room.
T.V. was not viewable from the bed, only from the couch in the living area. Parking cost $18.00/day....too pricey since hotel was also very expensive.

Hotel was very nice and in a good location in Dallas. Nice, large suite, good restaurants, however, food was overpriced. Did not like having to pay $18.00/day to park.

The layout of the room was excellent. Not too cramped. Also liked that there were two sinks, one being outside of the bathroom.
Priceline did not list the parking. Though it was a great deal for the hotel itself, for those using your website to stick to a budget it is very misleading. I think our parking actually ended up being more than the room.

Loved the hotel, very luxurious and ideal for families. The bed was a little hard and the pillows too soft. Would love a variety of pillows. Great movie channels and the blackout curtains were ideal. Parking was outrageous and there was no indicator or should I say not a very visual one on the booking site. Would be an added benefit to offer discounted parking and valet! I think parking at this particular hotel was $28/day. Not including tip. Our parking bill was more expensive that our hotel bill by the end of our stay. It just would have been nice to know.
