It being close to the airport was the only positive about this reservation.
I paid to either sleep in a smoking room (my wife has asthma so not an option) or sleep on a couch of a penthouse. so we paid to sleep on a couch. They refused to give me a refund. It was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel!

This hotel overbooked themselves and only had a smoking room available for us. The lady at the front desk blatantly told me that because I made my reservation through Priceline, I was not her priority customer and she had to give my reservation away to a customer who paid them directly. After a long back and fourth between she and I, she found a couch in a penthouse to be available and gave us the option to sleep in that room. By 2 AM we finally laid down on the couch and realized that it smelled like cocoa butter lotion and had to request extra sheets to try and create a barrier between us and that couch. In the past 3 years I've travelled to 48 states taking over 250 flights and staying in over 150 hotels and this was BY FAR the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. I never expected this kind of service from the Hilton. I asked for some sort of refund or credit to stay in the kind of room I paid for but was told the only thing she could compensate for us was paying for parking and a free "continental breakfast" (cereal, bagels and yogurt). I had a horrible experience on the last day of my stay with the Hotel manager, regarding an extended nights stay! The hotel was awesome, great rooms, and amenities! It delivered on every other level.

It was definitely worth the price and more. It was extremely clean, The amenities were great! It met Hilton's High Standards overall. The last piece with the manager will be dealt with in another forum, but the remainder of The staff was awesome!

The rroms were nice, clean, and modern.
The parking cost was crazy. $12.00 to parl your own car - really? This is not Midtown!

The hotel was nice but the service lacked. We went down the next morning for Starbucks coffee and could not get waited on. No attendant was in sight. The beds were old and not comfortable. I expected a lot nicer for the price I paid.

Convenient to the airport with frequent shuttle. Walk to dinner in local area.
Concierge gave doubutous info/suggestion on dinner.

Great location overlooking ATL airport or ATL downtown, depending on which side of the hotel. Easy walk to great dinning (Thai).

From the moment we pulled into the parking lot everything was great.
Water and drinks were not on our floor with the ice, but down on the lower level near the pool.

This is a very beautiful upscale hotel. Our doors were opened for us when we pulled into the parking lot. The bellman greeted us when we walked inside the hotel and the staff at the front desk were very courteous and made us feel welcomed. Our room was very comfortable and felt like home.

Pool hot tub Bar. Room. All great.

Second stay here. Great experience. Exceedingly friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Enjoyed use of the pool and hot tub. Plenty of late night dining and drink options near by. Close proximity to at airport.
