Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Atlanta Airport
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.February 19, 2013

The temperature would not go pass 72 degrees in the room. The room got VERY cold at night. We had maintenance come look at it and he said the heat shuts off if you leave it on 72 all day. How crazy is that. I'm a small person and I like it toasting in the room. We had a big window (17th floor) but never opened the curtain because it only made it colder in the room. It was awful. If the room wasn't prepaid then I would have left. ...

clean room.
Great staff, but the local population seem to like to rent rooms at the weekend and party until the wee hours. The staff offered us a room away from the elevators, but it was still noisy in the hallway. If it wasn't a weekend, I bet this would be a great hotel to stopover on the way through.

I would not stay here again, the bugs in the room and the fingernail clippings in the chair were touchy for me. I also did not like that they charged for wi-fi and parking.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful rooms, very spacious. Great room service, helpful staff. The only thing I didn't like was the parking fee($11) and that our room did not have a tub.

This is a great property to visit. The staff was exceptional, helpful, friendly, and very familiar with the area. We didn't have an opportunity to explore the other amenities, due to our own time constraints, but I wish we had. We ate breakfast at the hotel on our last day, and it was great. I know we missed a treat by not eating lunch or dinner there as well. My only disappointment was the room decor, but it was very clean. The maid staff was great. ...
