Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Atlanta
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 9, 2013

The hotel is not setup well; I had to wait in line to check-in and check-out and even had to wait in line to get in an elevator to go to my car. There were long lines everywhere for everything.

I recently stayed at the "Paris" Hilton hotel in downtown Atlanta, which was listed as a four star hotel. I was very disappointed with the stay because the small things such as an inattentive front desk staff (10 minute hold each time when calling the front desk and 3 call drops), no hot water for a morning shower, and a broken soda machine were all the things that made it feel like I stayed at a 2 or 3 star hotel. Additionally, I think they should review their wi-fi policy, (charged for using a laptop and a kindle in the same room) The double beds were slightly larger than a twin size bed which was also disappointing in comparison to other 4 star hotels that I have visited in Atlanta. On the bright side, they have a nice gym with great equipment and an awesome valet service (very good with directions). Overall, the poor service, cold shower water, wi-fi policy, and non-working soda machine made this stay a huge disappointment for a 4 star hotel. Next time I will find another 4 star hotel to stay in Atlanta. ...

Parking is $22/day for self-parking. The deck clearance is so short we were scared of hitting the light fixtures. The common areas were nice. Great places to meet up with friends. The soda machines do not take dollars so bring change if you want a drink.

The overall stay was a good experience. The majority of staff that I came in contact with was very courteous. If you have a prepaid room (like with priceline)and there is an issue, you will be told that there is nothing that can be done if there are issues.
