Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Atlanta
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 15, 2013

I would rate the hotel a 7 for location, staff and food. So the hotel losses 3 pointsfor those issues that I didn't like.

I loved the 24 hour store/deli in the lobby. The room was also very clean, great toiletries, great water pressure and fabulous location. I would definitely stay here again!

We arrived at 10:00pm and had to wait in line for over 30 minutes to check in. The hotel lobby was full of a hundred or so extremely loud people, chanting and yelling. We were awakened in the middle of the night by guests shouting and slamming doors. It was a horrible experience, and we will never stay at this hotel again.

There are better hotels for the same price in the area. Don't stay here.

A bit old fashioned but well maintained. Would have been better if renovated to a more modern style.

Negative experiences with the valet, front desk clerk, the guy working in the coffee bar, and a very loud guy pulling sheets from beds in the morning who repeatedly disturbed my sleep and was defensive when I approached him on it. One positive experience from a manager who kindly responded to my complaint on the guy pulling sheets. I never even mentioned to him my three other lousy and frustrating staff experiences. I thought I was bidding on the Hyatt, which is where my last downtown Atlanta 4-star winning bid was and it was a fantastic experience. Hilton is a second-rate operation in comparison with some serious personnel issues both at corporate and on-site. I knew to avoid Hilton, but I didn't realize how much poor service effects the guest experience. I hope the next time I bid on Priceline that the Atlanta Hilton, or any Hilton for that matter, is not the hotel I get. ...
