I liked the location, easy access from freeway. The staff was very helpful. It was spacious and generally clean.
There was a huge spider hanging from the ceiling and when I turned the heat up, a smoke alarm went off...like the ones you have in private homes when the battery is dying.

Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff
The pay parking was a big surprise.
Easily accessible from the freeway. Close to Bellevue mall. Free wi-fi in the lobby.

the staff had great attitudes and were very friendly and nice
The maids must have overlooked a few things because when I went to make coffee there was dirty disposable travel mugs used. not a huge deal, but kinda of made me think what else the maid forgot to clean up,
The hotel is beautiful, there is a friendly staff who greets you and does go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. theres a tullys coffee and a gift shop full of good stuff. the room was nice and everything about the stay was good.

It is a dated property but the rooms are clean and parking is free
It is in need of updating, but it is safe, clean and well maintained
I like this hotel - it is one of few Hilton properties in the area and it is a full service hotel. What can I say, it's an older property but is maintained well.

over rated over priced worse restaurant we ate at
in the restaurant a waiter used his nail to get the dried on dirt off the table cloth and used the same table cloth for the next guest to eat of and not washed his hand afterwards health department should be called on this place, we would never eat at this place again over priced service none existing, rooms are OK but not 4 star and rates over charged

The hotel met my expectations for the most part. I liked the room and bed was comfortable.
The hotel was hosting some cartoon convention and the noise level was pretty high. It wasn't exactly how I had hoped to spend our anniversary getaway.

The hotel's location is very close to Bellevue. The room is very big.
The pillow and mattress are too soft.
