Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Boston Back Bay
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 8, 2013

Aside from the location, I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone. I feel you can get more for your money at other locations.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. Everyone was more than helpful and the location to museums and places to eat was key..My grandkids loved the pool and hot tub about three times a day!

Family Traveling with Young Children
Disappointing, dated, not 3.5 star quality, starbucks broken, parking $41/night, no concierge, noisy room, old.

Family Traveling with Young Children
The hotel itself is fine. Wireless Internet is complimentary in the lobby, but is $15 in room. That is ridiculous. Also, parking is $41 per day in the hotel lot. I do realize that it is Boston, but that should be clearly noted when booking such a hotel. The pool area needed to be cleaned as it was VERY busy and it took the cleaning staff until 4 pm to have our room cleaned during our stay. There was a very long wait at check in with many families milling around the lobby waiting to check in. There weren't enough people working at the front desk. ...
