Everything about this hotel was very nice. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great location. Close to public transportation.
Only thing that I didn't like is that you have to pay for the internet.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. Everyone was more than helpful and the location to museums and places to eat was key..My grandkids loved the pool and hot tub about three times a day!

location, roomy room, nice beds, good service
Parking was $41 per day; you can find cheaper/free street parking nearby.
Great lemon-infused water to greet you; the staff was friendly; it was odd that there was no glass cups for tooth brushing but otherwise cannot find fault with it. Only a short walk from freedom trail and the back bay area is so central, you only have to take the T occasionally.

The close proximity to Berklee was excellent.
The double beds were uncomfortable and on one bed was black skuff mark, maybe not clean. Changed to king and was very comfortable. Carpeting and drapery border was lightly stained.

Fantastic location.
Did not appreciate the hairs on the toilet and bathroom floor.
Perfect location for walking distance to the great restaurants and bars on Boylston St and the Prudential Center.
