Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Boston Back Bay
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(21) | Solo Traveler(31) | Traveling as Couple(42) | Family with Young Children(8) | Family with Teens(11) | Senior Traveler(1) | Group Traveler(6)

The location is great. The Prudential Center is a very short walk as well as other attractions. The hotel staff was very friendly.
This hotel does not have free wi-fi in your room. However, it does have a nice business center with wi-fi & at least 4 computers with printers in the lobby.
The hotel address is 40 Dalton St. However, the main entrance is around the corner on Belvedere St.

I really appreciated the help offered by Josephine at the Concierge desk. The front desk was also helpful and very accommodating. Everything was clean and comfortable.
It didn't seem like there was enough staff in the bar/restaurant and they were slightly less friendly.
This was very convenient for visiting colleges. The concierge (Josephine) was especially helpful with explaining the local transportation system. The hotel was clean, convenient and comfortable.

Everything about this hotel was very nice. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great location. Close to public transportation.
Only thing that I didn't like is that you have to pay for the internet.

Internet was not free. The bar was empty. I could here neighbors flushing in the middle of night.
