Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Boston Back Bay
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 7, 2013

Location was great, close to shopping and subways! There's quite a bit to do around the area and the view was fine. Staff was friendly and rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable and towels were thick and soft! We had a great stay at this hotel!

Friendly staff greeted us upon arrival and offered great tips for breakfast in the area. The view of the Charles River from our 17th floor room was amazing! We could easily walk to Fenway Park to see the baseball games we had planned to attend, and the nearby attractions. The lovely air conditioning was welcome,as was the refreshing lemon iced water in the lobby. We appreciated having Starbucks available in the hotel. For our family of three, this was a perfect hotel and the price was right! ...

Hotel was nicely appointed,
but the location on a one way street inconvenient. Surprised, the entrance to garage on upper floors was not automatic. Toilet paper too far from toilet and bathroom kind of small.
