Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Boston/Dedham
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 1, 2013

Racquet ball courts and gym were nice.Hotel could use a visit from a health inspector. Ordered room service breakfast for 2 for $45. All we had was some scrambled eggs. and a few tiny cartons of milk. seems kinda steep to me. Pool was filthy, Room counters have coffee rings. This will be the last time my wife and I will stay at a Hilton. In addition to my son getting an eye infection from the pool, my wife and I have gotten food poisoning at the Hilton in SW Florida in the past and I got food poisoning again a few years ago from the Hilton in Las Vegas. Sorry you guys just lost a customer. FYI Never order any type of fish at any of their chains. ...

It's clean and nice, right off the highway but not noisy. When you pay the lower priceline prices, they put you far away from the elevator, so be sure you have rolling luggage! The good thing is those rooms are quiet and facing the woods which makes it good for sleeping.

This hotel was packed and full of noise. Even at the reduced price it wasn't worth the price. The staff was professional and helpful, but they were making up for awkward errors, like assigning a room that was already occupied. As a senior couple, we wouldn't recommend it.
