Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Boston Financial District
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. We got two rooms for our family of Five, and front desk was nice enough upgrade us to give us adjoining rooms. Concierge and front desk was always helpful. Hotel very conveniently located and we were able to walk to most of the tourist sites.

Nice hotel, but the price was low due to the construction obstructing the view of the windows.

Adequate business hotel but nothing special. Boring neighborhood. Wouldn't stay here again unless i get a
really good rate on Priceline. Only the owner's Mom would call this a 4* hotel. The rating is unrealistic. No hotel services.

AC when needed.
Hilton was perfect for my needs: a short ride from Logan, walking distance to my meeting, walking distance to fun stuff in evenings and during down time. I asked for a quiet room so they gave me one on the 14th floor facing the wall of another building, which was just fine by me. A room overlooking the harbor on the street side would likely be to noisy with the Irish bar just in the next block! ...
