Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Boston Downtown/Faneuil Hall

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The feel of the room. The space and the location. Also, the assistants were terrific, especially my check in person. I also enjoyed the restaurant next door for a great breakfast.
A little noisy on Saturday night. Loud Party somewhere?

A true getaway with luxurious style!

The hotel is in a great location. Lots of restaurants around, The City was in lockdown, everything was closed, there was no other place to eat. the hotel does not have a store. The restaurant is very expensive, not much variety, the wi-fi cost 15.00.

Very nice room. Fluffy towels. Terry-lined robe. Bed was very comfy, with plenty of pillows plus 2 extra pillows in the closet.
The personal coffee maker in the room made terrible coffee. A little Mr. Coffee would have been much better.

Just an FYI- when you make a Priceline name your own price reservation (our room price was over 50% off the normal price!), make sure you call the hotel directly if you have a bed preference. When we got to our room, there were 2 beds. I called downstairs to see if we could switch to a single bed, but she said there were none available. Aside from that, we had an amazing stay. The bellman was very helpful, allowing us to store our luggage for the day after we checked out. The lobby and rooms were very nice. we stayed on the 4th floor, but the higher floors have views of the harbor. The location was convenient to the State or Aquarium T line stations. We would stay here again. ...read more

The location made it possible for the average person to walk to all major points of interest, and to nightlife.
Didn't get what was specified on receipt: wi-fi, mini-bar, bed didn't seem like a king size; ridiculously small room

Staff very accomodating and friendly. Valet service excellent and professional. Room was ridiculously small without a fridge. Had a "chiller," which seemed useless. Our bathroom sink leaked around the faucets, which got the entire vanity wet. Housekeeping must have known about it, because she placed our things atop extra towels on the vanity. The curtains weren't the right size, because when we tried to pull them closed, one side would become exposed and let the light in. One of the bedside lamps was out, but didn't bother report it. ...read more

Location, price
Room was a bit on the small side but we were OK with that because of the great price we paid

The room & bathroom were large for a city hotel. Clean & comfortable. The desk staff & concierge were courteous & helpful. The best stay I've had in a long time.

Perfect location, nice breakfast available for purchase, but several options close by if you decide to pass. The referral for the nearby $9 parking was super. Saved me $33!

The location was amazing.
I think we got one of the junky rooms since we used Priceline. The tub didn't drain well and there were big red stains on the carpet. The staff was very nice when I told them about the tub drain when checking out.

The hotel is close to many local attractions, although the nearest T stop is about a 5 min walk (I would not suggest trying to roll your luggage that far).

Might not be the best location for everyone, but we were able to walk to the BCEC which was all we needed. Also we had a movie charge on our account that we didn't actually buy, and they took it right off.

Walking distance to BCEC which was a huge plus for us.
