Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Boston Downtown/Faneuil Hall
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 16, 2013

Just an FYI- when you make a Priceline name your own price reservation (our room price was over 50% off the normal price!), make sure you call the hotel directly if you have a bed preference. When we got to our room, there were 2 beds. I called downstairs to see if we could switch to a single bed, but she said there were none available. Aside from that, we had an amazing stay. The bellman was very helpful, allowing us to store our luggage for the day after we checked out. The lobby and rooms were very nice. we stayed on the 4th floor, but the higher floors have views of the harbor. The location was convenient to the State or Aquarium T line stations. We would stay here again. ...

Staff very accomodating and friendly. Valet service excellent and professional. Room was ridiculously small without a fridge. Had a "chiller," which seemed useless. Our bathroom sink leaked around the faucets, which got the entire vanity wet. Housekeeping must have known about it, because she placed our things atop extra towels on the vanity. The curtains weren't the right size, because when we tried to pull them closed, one side would become exposed and let the light in. One of the bedside lamps was out, but didn't bother report it. ...

Perfect location, nice breakfast available for purchase, but several options close by if you decide to pass. The referral for the nearby $9 parking was super. Saved me $33!

The hotel is close to many local attractions, although the nearest T stop is about a 5 min walk (I would not suggest trying to roll your luggage that far).
