good location. price was great from priceline good quality beds
They charge for overnight parking whereas the hotel next door does not. They want to charge you 30 extra for room upgrade so you have a lake view They charge for internet usage on their computer in business center Difficult/confusing trip from parking
good hotel in great location near burlington waterfront. Next to major shopping UVM, Fletcher Allen Hospital.

Nice staff. Easy walk to attraction we were in Burlington for. Also enjoyed a nice walk down by the water at night. Beautiful.

The location was excellent and the pillows, oh my!
When I asked the desk clerk about having a room higher, he did not mention the view that I was getting: the parking lot. Thanks but no thanks
It was great we could come with our little pooch! We were not allowed to have breakfast in the main restaurant but the waitress told us we could have a table at the lobby with our dog. So, we had a lovely breakfast with him too. That made our day, as we hate to leave the dog in the room alone.

Generally the hotel was good with a great staff, generally good rooms.
The whirlpool was not functioning when we arrived. Too bad as we were looking forward to it. There was no refrigerator in the room though this, for us, was a minor drawback. The closet and bathroom were small but adequate for our needs.

Great location . They were nice enough to give us an upgrade overlooking the lake with two queen beds.
Pet fee was high. 35 for my dog.
Best hotel in Burlington.

The location is idyllic! You cannot ask for a better view of Lake Champlain.
I thought that the lobby and lounge was dated.
Overall, the hotel has amazing views and the rooms are great.

It is absurd to pay for parking and for Wi-Fi. Even economy hotels offer this and free breakfast.
