The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. From the moment of entry to exit the staff was wonderful.
Completely ineffective wireless Internet which was not free, but overly priced at $30 a day. Not pleased about this part of the service.

Great hotel, beautiful rooms and a great pool. Friendly service and user friendly. Only catch the wireless Internet does not work well at all (i.e. completely useless) and it is not free.

Location and bathroom.
Inconsistent room service. Cleanliness of the balcony. Restaurant staff not efficient at breakfast.

Good location. Great bathroom (spa tub and amenities). Lobby could use updating.

The charge to enter the pool bar at night.

The hotel was in a very good location and the grounds and view were beautiful.

Beautiful rooms and pool. Excellent service people who went out of their way to solve problems. Business center was very good, everything worked well. A great value.

There was nothing particularly special about the Hotel Cairns. Our room was on the executive level and included access to the executive suite for breakfast and happy hour. The food offerings during both were unimpressive.
