The location is fantastic.
The beds could have been bigger (They were doubles, I would have preferred queen beds)

Great beach front location centrally located in Cocoa Beach. Pool is just so-so and public spaces are bland, but you can't beat the location.

Clean room. Staff was pleasant.
Hotel isn't bad however it really isn't a 3.5 star level property. I have stayed at numerous 3-5 star hotels & based on this experience, I'd rate it 2.5 stars. The on-site restaurant serves terrible food so avoid it & you'll be doing yourself a favor.

Why woudl anyone build a hotel on the beach that has no balcony and the windows don't open.. crazy!

Great location. Nice beach in front. 20 min to Kennedy Space station. But why woudl anyone build a hotel among the sand dunes that has no balcony? Makes no sense..

I was given a handicap room. Not a big deal, but odd.

Hotel pool bar was pretty good. Restaurant indoors a bit stale. Location had nice beach front, but if you want to be in close walking distance of bars/restaurants, etc, it was a mile or two from the action.

Would only recommend as a place to sleep. The bed was great. Other facilities...not so much.

The hotel was centrally located. The view was amazing. Our room was clean and spacious, although having free WiFi in the room would have been better. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. This was not good since this is the first impression.
Rude front desk help, No free in-room WiFi.

Overall our stay was great. Though do not expect a warm greeting from the front desk. The front desk we received was cold, and rude. That aside, the hotel is centrally located and our view was great. Our room was clean and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay at it again on my return visit to Cocoa Beach.

Staff were extremely helpful. They always greeted us with a smile. Food served in the lounge was amazing!
Would have liked to have a balcony. Beautiful ocean views for an additional charge.

Staff at front desk was very pleasant and helpful. They were able to find us a room with a better view. Clean room, very hot water. Nicely scented toiletries.

Clean and friendly. Close to Ron Jon surf shop. There is a 15% off card at the hotel (it is your room key-make sure you ask for it). Go to the Pier, great views and good people watching.
