Very austere, modern, no warmth.

Reception area cold. Decorations and furnishings minimalist. Staff excellent and very helpful. Did not eat at this location. Breakfast too expensive. Great location. Would return to this property.

Too American, large with inflexible, impersonal staff, rules.

I would recommend the Hilton Cologne for business travelers or families looking for a reliable, central location.

Very well located with excellent fitness facilities and sauna. The restaurant was very good as well and reasonable.
Lobby area, common areas are a bit small.

Very well located with very friendly staff and great fitness and sauna facilities. The room was small but very well organized with everything needed and very clean.
