The staff was the best! They were cheerful and very helpful! My family had a very nice stay and we enjoyed the Hilton.
There is a set of elevators near the pool, hot tub and workout room. That means that you don't have to walk through the lobby to get there.

No, everything was great.
Everything was great, with a newer hotel, staff was great and a beautiful hotel and activities and lots of places to eat and shop.

We've been to this hotel twice for Christmas, always friendly staff and service. The location is right for us, visiting relatives outside of town.
Friendly and helpful staff, the restaurant and bar are excellent. Located next to a major shopping center for that last minute looking.

Excellent amenities. Room temperature, shower and pool temperature, bed were the most comfortable I have ever experienced.
No free WiFi. The thermostat light needs to go off. This was on all night and was same as a 5 watt bulb. Minor annoyance.
One of the most comfortable hotels that I have stayed in so far. Its proximity to Polaris shopping center and Easton Towncenter is fabulous. i loved the comfortable temperature settings of all amenities. This gave it a very warm and fuzzy feel. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Thanks Hilton and Priceline.

Location to the mall and room size was nice.
They tried to put in handicap room which because I asked to switch they took us off executive floor and no amenities that we paid for.
Also your price was the exact price you quoted which was surprising that you say you have lower prices. This was not the case.
