I love the location and the overall feel of the hotel.
I found small pieces of broken glass in the sheets of my bed the first night. I can not imagine how they could have gotten there had the sheets been cleaned and changed.

The valet was completely outstanding and extremely personable! Although the price for valet parking was pricy, the attendants made it worthy.
The water from the bathtub ran yellow when I first turned on the faucet. The tub, itself was not maintained well, leaving me to believe this particular room hadn't been used in quite some time. Coffee maker had slimy water leftover.

I don't see how this hotel has a 4 star rating! If it weren't for the valet attendants, it would only get a half star. I give it 2 maximum stars. And for being a reputable hotel chain, you would think the toilet paper would be of better quality! It's not like they can't afford it!

rooms were spacious. the lobby was really pretty. the staff were nice
there's construction right by the highway so it was hard to get to and from the hotel.

They do not have free WiFi

We stay here often for a weekend retreat. We live in the metroplex. It is across the highway from the Galleria, and close to all our favorite restaurants. We ordered a dinner and breakfast in our room and both were delicious.

Beautiful hotel , fairly convenient parking, quiet
Poor housekeeping, room service tray with food stayed in hall more than 12 hours and started to smell down the hall from us, expensive parking, terrible road construction

Good price for this hotel so overall okay experience but had we paid full price I would have been disappointed .

The rooms are gorgeous and very spacious! Nice and clean!
The parking fee is the only thing I do not like about this hotel. Free parking would be nice! :-D

Great location to the Galleria for shopping. This was my second time to stay in this hotel and I will continue to stay here for all future Dallas trips. Great hotel, very clean, friendly staff.

I live here and was just looking for a weekend getaway to recharge, and only a 4 star hotel will do that. I didn't have to leave the hotel for anything and the service was outstanding. It had everything I needed and at reasonable prices.
No, the hotel has improved it's rating in my opinion. Two years ago, I would have given it a 3 star rating, but this last year was definitely a 4 star. Service was outstanding.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The service was outstanding and responsive and that is not a compliment I hand out undeserved. It is in a prime location and has every amenity. I needed a place to go where I could recharge without having to take a week's vacation from work and without the added expense of traveling. I only left my room a few times to dine and enjoy the pool with pool side service. I hooked my laptop up to the television in my room and had access to every show I normally record at home on my DVR. For me it was what one guest referred to as his equivalent to a vacation in the Caribbean. Great rooms, great staff.
the only thing that was a mistake one day they forgot to make our room but they did it right away after I call the front desk.

Great location, very nice bedrooms, amenities and staff wonderfull. Great Hotel.
