Hospitality was second to none. They surprised us with a meat/cheese/cracker tray in our room for our anniversary. We upgraded to a one bedroom suite for a nominal charge-totally worth it! They should be a 5 star hotel.
Valet is expensive and no real alternatives to valet.

Book room 1018! 10th floor overlooking pool and ocean with wraparound porch and chairs. Full kitchen which we weren't expecting so we weren't prepared to use it. Can't wait to visit again and bring kids with us. Great resort!

We were very pleased with our room. It was very spacious, clean, and well appointed. I rated the hotel a 9/10 on cleanliness only because the elevators could be spiffed up a bit. Staff 8/10 because I wasn't satisfied with the room service/kitchen staff.
My husband was craving nachos and despite the fact that the kitchen had all necessary ingredients, they would not accommodate our request. The front counter staff was excellent.

I would stay here again. Hotel is right across the street from the beach. There is a great view from the pool deck. If you eat dinner at Steak 954, plan on sharing a steak. The portions were generous and delicious.

The staff was extremely accommodating and helped us with everything we asked for. They helped make our trip run very smoothly with absolutely no frustration. I've never had an experience that great at a hotel before.
There is nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

If you're looking for an easy trip, this is the place to stay. They have restaurants and bars within walking distance but also have a car service and many cabs available at times in case you need to go somewhere further. Valet is expensive but extremely convenient. It's not the cheapest hotel but definitely worth the money.

Yes. All was good. We had hoped since the room was booked as a one bed, we would be getting a King. The gale at the desk said she would switch us the next day but then changed her story and said they were all sold out for the next day and would not.

Room was not up to par. Furniture and carpet were filthy. Bathroom had many problems.

This was a very disappointing stay. We were celebrating a birthday and found it wasn't a very fun or enjoyable stay. Room furniture and carpet were dirty, to the point were I didn't even sit on the chairs or couch. The bathroom had many problems, such as broken drain, overhead light fixture burned out, and the shower leaked out all over the floor. We never called for maid services but were bothered by them several times asking us if we called for towels, pillow, etc. it's was very annoying. We called for room service and one of the main dishes we wanted they were out of and then when we ordered a sandwich wrap that included fries we were charged extra for the side that was supposed to be included. The hotel is very clean, the staffs are very friendly, location is good because is very closed beech.
The sofa bad is very old and uncomfortable.
