Great place to stay. Had a DJ out by the pool. Lots of fun for all ages. And price reasonable concedering all the activities and amenities near by. Staff went above and beyond to accomadate as well.
There's not one thing I would change.

The room was outstanding. The view was great. They allowed is to check in early. They had a shuttle that would take you to the Strand.

Room did not have a balcony.

Hotel was great. Only thing that would make it better is for the rooms to have balconies.

Not much we called the hotel and we were told our room would be be ready at 2:00 pm but when we went to the front desk they said it would be later and would call us.They never called and after 2 hours we called and they said the room was ready.
We only stayed in the room for 2 hours before there was arguing in fighting in the room across from us. We called security 3 times before we decided we were not safe, we packed our bags and left the hotel.

We tried to get a refund but they told us since we went through a 3 party they could not help us. If we don't get our money back we will start booking our hotel room direct. Please contact Weeks phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX

Best part was the pool and valet staff
Hidden fees room was supposed to be XXX the first charge was for
XXX after tax and the in case you damage our room fee then late checkout was supposed to be $25 but that charge was $50 I can only guess more tax and in case you damage our room fee.

Their extra hidden fees need to be on you website so they don't ruin vacations like they did mine I was still able to enjoy my time with my family but didn't get to do half of the things we had wanted to because the hotel had put a hold on my account for way more than they should have my

Customer service was great.
It was very crowded but due to time of year.

We rented this room around prom time and although it was extremely busy, we found the staff to be very helpful and enjoyed our stay here.

Great parking and access to the beach! Very friendly staff
The fact that wifi is only free in the lobby was inconvenient. Also, there was no refrigerator in the room

The staff is 5 star friendly all the way! $9.95 for in room wifi isn't acceptable and wouldn't go back until this fee is dropped. There was no refrigerator in the room which was slightly inconvenient but the staff made up for that with their super friendly attitude!

Not enough parking. Need double queen rooms. Breakfast buffet on Sunday was sparse.

Overall we like staying at this hotel, but seems overpriced.
