Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport/Millenium Center

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

A cut above!
Hotel was great-- trying recently to get a rental car was a pain, eventually went to a better more accommodating site.

Great hotel, rooms were excellent! Staff very nice but had no idea how to get to hotel.
A little more about directions.

We loved the hotel. Even though it was hard to locate, we enjoyed our stay. Will stay again and hope my GPS is working properly. Would recommend to anyone to stay her.

It was a great place, but a little out of the way.
The hotel is near the airport and it was pretty noisy!

This is a very nice hotel, but it isn't very close to anything.

It's clean, comfortable and very well run.
No

The shuttle runs on a regular schedule and the drivers are courteous. Checking into the hotel is easy and the staff is friendly & courteous. The rooms are clean and the beds are great. The hotel restaurant serves really good food and the bar/restaurant, Joe's, across the street has a great beer selection.

location; great outdoor space; rooms are nice and big
The resturant. We went there for dinner. Poor service....we did not get all our orders served even after waiting for an hour! And it was not too crowded either. The staff was rude at the restaurant when we wanted to cancel our order.

Room was great, but had problems with heater.
No breakfast. You stay at the Hilton and you just get a nice room, what is that. The Hilton name carries class and it just didn't seem to be there. It was like they were trying to hard.

There is no breakfast and didn't seem like the day staff really wanted us there. The night staff was super helpful and polite.

Nice, quiet rooms.
The best are not comfortable. You are supposed to be able to change the softness of the bed but the beds are not level when you use the device that changes the firmness level.

You pay $8.00 more EVERY DAY to park in the parking lot. It costs $17.00 for a marginally warm burger with a pickle and a glass of water using room service.

The Staff.
No

I had a late night visitor. The security was excellent. The visitor had my name, room number, etc. They would not let my friend up the elevator without my confirmation. They called my room and verified all of my visitor's information. I really liked their security. I felt safe.
