Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Downtown
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 2, 2013

The price between Priceline and booking the hotel on their direct website are exactly the same. One drawback, is that when there is a problem with the room, they cannot compensate you or give you a discount on that room because it's already paid for by priceline. Unless you are ready to bid on an undisclosed location, you do not save anything by going on priceline.com. Rather, if there is any trouble, you're SOOL. I highly recommend going to the hotel's direct website to make the reservation, at least that way, if there is a problem, they can compensate you for a night of stay or give you credit, whereas, priceline.com can't. Secondly, priceline.com advertisement is misleading, because booking the room on priceline.com or at the actual hotel site the prices are EXACTLY same. ...

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. It is very conveniently located near the CNN Center, GA World Congress Center, GA Dome, Philips Arena, Centennial Park, GA Aquarium, The World of Coca Cola, and SO much more. Since I stayed during a conference, the hotel was very helpful by supplying coffee in the lobby and a well stocked pantry.

Hotel was nice, clean and I enjoyed my stay. The only complaint i had was the front desk did not clarify that we did had paid for parking with our room keys. We were under the assumption that we only were to be parked for a limited time.

Hotel is in a great location in downtown Atlanta. The staff was great, and we ended up with a penthouse room that looked over the Georgia Aquarium.

I VERY MUCH ENJOYED MY STAY, SOME ISSUES AT FIRST, BUT WAS CORECTED BY FRONT DESK STAFF.

The hotel was clean. The staff was somewhat attentive but not overly friendly. The parking card wouldn't work and we were unable to exit without assistance, the room was clean but small as was the TV. Over all I would look elsewhere if I'm back in Atlanta, the panhandlers outside should be run off too, they were aggressive right outside the front door.
