Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Nw
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.July 21, 2012

More basic than we thought-area and distance from downtown didn't merit price -Hilton always higher.

The staff was very friendly and polite. I felt like I was at home away from home. I really enjoyed the location of the hotel ten minutes from Downtown Atlanta in a safe location.

This was more like a 1-2 star hotel. The rooms had a musty smell to them, the bathroom was not clean, the linens on the bed were cheap and scratchy. Hotel staff were mediocre during accomodations. Hotel refused money back guarantee despite my terrible experience. Dont waste your time on,this sad excuse of a hilton.

I was greeted quickly, check-in was quick and easy. Rooms are clean. The shower is amazing. Breakfast buffet was well worth eating. Buffet is $9.95, a little pricey if your already spending for night for a room, but it was very good, that was my favorite part, I could eat there everyday.

This hotel is nice and conveniently located near 285. Very clean, free internet, free parking, nice bathrooms with large tile and glass showers. However, the noise from the mini fridge and air conditioner made it difficult to fall asleep. Also, breakfast is $10/person... it's a good breakfast with an excellent selection and made to order omelettes, pancakes, etc. (way better than the typical free buffet options), but I don't personally eat enough for breakfast to make it worth $10. ...
