Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta West/Lithia Springs

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Hotel was very clean, seemed to be fairly new. Surprised to see that it included a restaurant and bar area. Indoor/outdoor pool was also a nice surprise.

Cleanliness, staff, room space
Did not like the pillows, and tv channel selection. Wifi was really shotty.

Great look and feel of the hotel. This is my third time staying here, and each time is wonderful. Rooms are always spacious, clean; and quite.

Very clean, good amenities, and very quiet.
King mattress was too firm for optimal comfort.

Check-out was quick and easy, staff was very friendly.
Being a smoker, I would have liked easier outdoor access.

Beautiful lobby
Although I requested early check in I was advised I had to wait til 3, and then when I came back at 5- still had to wait on a room. Very long wait!

Great location, nice atmosphere. Check in was a very lengthy process and not very helpful for early check-in. Kids loved the saltwater pool!

The MOST comfortable bedding of any hotel I've visited.
Would like to see pool hours extended. We stayed there to visit Six Flags but arrived back to late to enjoy the pool.

When I visit a hotel, the first thing I look for is cleanliness... This hotel exceeded my expectations....The beds are probably the most comfortable beds of any hotel I've visited. I will definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely loved the restaurant and its staff. It was well worth the money for breakfast every morning.
The so called "adjustable" mattresses

One problem I had was they didn't actually have my room when we checked in. They gave me a room that was reserved by someone else that hadn't shown up yet. I was a little put off by having to pay for breakfast but after speaking with the chef and staff it ended up being well worth it. The swimming pool was OK except it was over crowded with small children and the whirlpool was tepid rather than hot. ...read more
