The Staff and location.

Hotel was great. I believe this is one of, if not the only hotel located directly in Calabasas, CA. Having the connivence of all the attractions located in the Calabasas Commons is awesome! Especially considering the fact that it's just a few feet away. The staff is actually amazing! I can't remember the last time I've experienced such personable customer service from the two employees, Ashley and Maria. Heated pool and overall cleanliness! Beds were super comfy! Fabulous stay! Close to shops beach good! Excellent!
We loved everything about our stay!

awesome staff.
The wedding guests at the hotel were a little rambunctious. Loud way past midnight.

My husband and I loved this hotel. We have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn's before and loved them. This property held up to our expectations. Great mountain views, really close to shopping and dining, helpful, friendly staff, really comfy beds and easy no-fuss checkout. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Convenient location with ample free parking and gratis coffee and cookies.
Out-dated decor.

I was not intending to get a hotel for the night. On a whim, and very tired, I logged onto Priceline to see if there was a reasonable hotel nearby. I am glad that I did - within minutes I booked a room at a hotel that was only a few dollars more than some of the cheap motels I was resigned to staying at. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and quiet. The location and free parking were ideal (the Onramo to the 101 is one minute away). Thank you Priceline.

Housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:30 Sunday morning. Why would they do that.
