Hotel was very quite and was located close to convention center and meetings I had to attend. Nice staff, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good.
I loved the hotel but it would have been nice to know that taxes were not included in large print beforehand and also that parking is 10.00 per day. Reasonable and in and out as many times as you like.

Just know taxes will be added and that parking has a minimal fee of 10.00 per day....

I left the room for a half of an hour. A friend of mine let on of their friends in that had a dog. The dog was inside for 20 minutes. The manager came and knocked on the door, knowing the dog was inside. My friend had the dog removed immediately. The hote

The room was good and the staff was nice, the shuttle service a plus but we were not notified that the hotel was being renovated so it was very cramped in the lobby area.

Gentleman at check in was very helpful.
Hoping to use pool, but it was closed due to a leak.

There is an additional charge for parking of $15/day that must be factored in.They do have plenty of shuttles to carry about town.

Nice staff, great location
They are remodeling the lobby and dining rooms. The entrances from the parking garages are also under construction.

The room was very clean and quite. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I did not find the food particularly good but realize you are remodeling so I am sure things will improve.

This is a very nice hotel that will be even nicer once the renovations are complete. It is hard to find the entrance at present. The rooms are clean and very nice. It is located close to NASCAR Museum and Convention center.
