Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs Airport
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 29, 2013

Overall, the hotel accommodations, rm size, handicapped equipped bathrm, layout of hotel, location and service was excellent. The pool and hot tub were another great addition. The staff were great. Especially Kelsey Tungseth went above and beyond to answer my questions. I have a medical condition that makes it very hard to understand my speech. She stayed right with me until she understood what I was asking. She should be recognized for her exceptional customer service and warm/ winning personality.
When we return to see our son after his deployment we will look forward to staying at the Hilton Garden Inn.
Thanks! ...

No hesitation, if in Colorado Springs in this area, will reserve a room here. The main street adjacent to the hotel, S. Power Blvd, convenient to shopping, restraunt, entertainment. Five minutes to airport, 15 to 20 minutes to downtown area, great location. The hotel was beyond expectation.

Nice hotel with very reasonable rate - although breakfast was not included. Experience has shown it best to bring your own breakfast and eat in the room - although they did allow our two girls to help themselves to cereal on the first day at no cost which was nice.

The facility was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and it was located in close to the event we were there for. It was easy to get to and close to a couple of main streets.
