Room spacious and easy for 3 of us to move around in. I use a walker so the rm size made kit easier to move around and the bathrm had sufficient, well located grab bars for me to hang on to. Location was perfect near who we were visiting. Excell
Charges for the breakfast my wife got seemed over priced and coffee was cold.

Overall, the hotel accommodations, rm size, handicapped equipped bathrm, layout of hotel,location and service was excellent. The pool and hot tub were another great addition.The staff were great. Especially Kelsey Tungseth went above and beyond to answer my questions. I have a medical condition that makes it very hard to understand my speech. She stayed right with me until she understood what I was asking. She should be recognized for her exceptional customer service and warm/ winning personality. When we return to see our son after his deployment we will look forward to staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. Thanks! ...read more

Front desk staff was more than helpful, willingess to asist me with all my questions and request.
The only thing I can suggest is to have the business center stocked with shipping supplies: shipping forms from fedex amd UPS. I needed packing tape to secure a box. I had to drive several miles to purchase one but it was no problem.

No hesitation, if in Colorado Springs in this area, will reserve a room here. The main street adjacent to the hotel, S. Power Blvd, convenient to shopping, restraunt, entertainment. Five minutes to airport, 15 to 20 minutes to downtown area, great location. The hotel was beyond expectation.

We paid $11 for one burrito special. Thought that was a bit pricey.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and is close to the airport.mi would definitely book a from here again.

Nice clean hotel.
Pool was cold (not heated) - but hot tub was way too hot.

Nice hotel with very reasonable rate - although breakfast was not included. Experience has shown it best to bring your own breakfast and eat in the room - although they did allow our two girls to help themselves to cereal on the first day at no cost which was nice.

The comfort zone bed was nice.
The fact that my diamond ring went missing! But after complaint reappeared thankfully!

Great appearance, comfortable, clean and spacious rooms, great ammenities.
The indoor pool was too cold, the jacuzzi too hot.

This hotel felt luxurious and met all our needs. The laudry, workout, pool facilities were great. The bedding and towels were soft and comfortable.
