didn't like there was no free breakfast or all day access to coffee. The beds were really small to be a king bed.

No breakfast included in room cost.

Great spot, nice room. Would stay here again at the price we had with Priceline.

Nice quick stay. Easy to get to and staff was friendly. Clean rooms and comfortable beds at a reasonable price.

Very convenient entrance and walk to room.
Poor room temperature control. Inconsistent temperature changes, loud unit in room.

While I liked the bed comfort and the bathroom utility, I just could not get past the temperature control issues in the room and it made it hard for me to sleep. The room unit was loud and I was cold when it was on and hot when it was off. For the money, I think I'll try another location their in Conway before staying at this location again.

Great gym and pool area very friendly staff.
Very bright lights outside w/o shades in the room makes it hard to sleep, no free breakfast.

Hotel is very clean, great gym and pool area. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very bright lights outside however and no dark shades in the room made it really hard to fall asleep. Also, there is a restaurant in the hotel which is very convent, however if your paying that much for a room a very good complimentary breakfast is expected. Especially, when the hotel across the street is just as new, clean, convenient, and cheaper and offers a full hot and cold breakfast for free. ...read more

It was an attractive, clean hotel.
Customer service has been horrible and we have not received money back from being double-charged. The new manager has worked hard to help us tho.

My room was very clean and roomy. It was very comfortable.
The front desk clerk seemed to be rude when I called trying to get an exact location of the hotel.

The overall experience of my hotel stay was great. The only exception I had was the front desk clerk. The room was very nice and comfortable.

Friendly helpful staff great location.
Room smelled like it had been smoked in even though it was non smoking.

Would definitely stay here again. It was walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the interstate.
