They charged more for the room than my confirmation through priceline stated. Who do I complain to about that???

Over priced continental breakfast. They don't show that kids eat free.....anywhere. They will over charge you so look carefully at your credit card statement.

Booked from Priceline.com for non-smoking two queen bed room. After we arrived, we were told they did not see the two queen bed room. We can pick one king bed room or smoking room with two beds. We chose the king room but asked for an additional roll up b

Be careful to book when make reservation. Staff seems to be good.

It was clean and well constructed and decorated.
The price of the breakfast was $13 per person---kind of high for a buffet.

I would recommend it.The pool area was cordoned off for repairs or something--butI wouldn't swim in Nov. or Dec. anyway.

I had a horrible experience with this hotel. They did not give me the room I had booked. Bad service as well Will not use again.

I had a horrible experience with this hotel. They did not give me the room I had booked. I had paid for 2 queen beds whereas they gave me 1 king which was very inconvenient given traveling with 2 kids. Bell service was horrible, I had to lug the baggages all the way to the car. Very confusing hotel layout, no directions and hence could easily get lost. Very pricey breakfast as well as parking not included. Shuttle service to Universal was bad, had to wait quite long.

Very nice and way more than what I expected for the price!

Very nice and way more than I expected for the price. Will definitely recommend this hotel and price line. I've always had great experiences with the Hilton hotels.

The staff was friendly and the cleaning service was excellent. My room was always clean and neat.

I thought the hotel was excellent, but I was disappointed that they gave me a non smoking room. There should be something when booking a reservation that indicates a non smoking room. The hotel was very nice about the fact I didn't have a non smoking room and offered to move me the next day, but the room wasn't that bad. They gave me a voucher for a free buffet breakfast which I thought was more than adequate. I would definitely stay here again. ...read more
