Check in staff was excellent. She placed in in an awesome room and was very friendly. The location is very proximal to where I work. I like the restaurant / bar for the convenience if you don't want to go out. Looking forward to staying there again .

Excellent location for Downtown / market center travelers.

Beautiful hotel with hallways looking down on lobby.

Excellent. True 3 star hotel with all rooms having refrigerator and microwave. Room was large with chair and couch, and location central to Dallas. Breakfast could be purchased if desired.

Apathetic front desk service. Couldnt get room keys until 11pm Air conditioner didn't work.

The hotel is in an area with heavy construction. We checked in on a Friday evening and they wouldn't give use room keys until 11:10 at night. Rude staff, no apologies. Air conditioner wasn't working it was actually a heater. No cooling available. Staff said they were unable to do anything about it. Never offed to move us to another room... After 4 hours of trying to sleep, we left at 4 am to another hotel. I would never stay here! Don't even consider in your hotel choices. This hotel was located close to downtown, which was very convenient for us. Very clean and modern. Wonderful amenities and staff!

The shower. Great water pressure and HOT!! My husband said he'd take it home, if he could.
Not really. The room decor may have been a bit dated...not a big deal.

This was one of the best hotel stays I can remember. The location was perfect for our purposes. My husband had business at a nearby, but more pricey hotel. We enjoyed eating at some nearby restaurants. Chili-cheeseburgers at Maple & Motor, a great, cheap steak dinner at the Charco Broiler, and breakfast at Mama's Daughter's Diner.

No heated pool as specified in priceline ad. Hot tub was broken as well as tv remote.

I would not throw down extra money to stay here. No perks better luck with Best Western.

Rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and prompt.
At check-in, we were checked in on the wrong reservation and therefore charged one night as a no-show and also were charged for the entire weekend as well....not pleased....still trying to resolve the error. Everyone is very sorry but Im still charged!

Nice staff and clean hotel but it is not near resturants and you have to get a cab everywhere. The hotel shuttle is small and you have to sign up for it. Some of our group signed up at 4:00 pm and had to wait til 7:00 to be taken to dinner. Not a good shuttle situation.

This hotel is located in an excellent spot. I like the atrium

The day after checkout of this hotel I remembered I left a couple belongings in the bathroom. I was still in Dallas so I went to this hotel and requested for the staff to search for my items. I know 100% I left the few things there to expect them as I was. I was told there was nothing found. I am very disappointed!

MY KEY STOPPED WORKING, HOUSE KEEPING WOKE US UP, BEDS WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, TV DIDN'T GET VERY GOOD RECEPTION, COULDN'T SWIM IN THE POOL AFTER DARK.

CLEAN AND NICE ENOUGH, BUT THAT WAS JUST THE SURFACE IMPRESSION. MY KEY STOPPED WORKING, HOUSE KEEPING WOKE US UP AT 8 AM ON NEW YEARS DAY, OUR BEDS WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, THE SHEETS CAME OFF WITH IN THE FIRST FEW MINUTES, TV DIDN'T GET VERY GOOD RECEPTION, AND COULDN'T SWIM IN THE POOL AFTER DARK.
