Very nice clean big rooms. Easy to get to the room and back out of the building. The staff at the front desk were the only people that I saw and they were very polite and helpful.

Carpet in room was dirty and the cancellation of a night was not easy.

We did not realize that this hotel was in a business district and was not close to dining or shopping. We ordered room service and were charged a very large fee for gratuity. Overall, very overpriced for what we got.

Location, very friendly and helpful staff, good value for the money.
Restaurant located in the lobby and closed very early on a weekend night.

Nice clean hotel with decent amenities for the money. Very helpful staff makes up for mediocre amenities.

The staff was excellent and VERY friendly.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The staff was more than helpful and VERY friendly. It is so nice being greeted with smiles and cookies! The swimming pool was delightful. I have never been in a swimming pool that the temperature of the water was as nice as this one. The staff, especially the woman who took care of us in the restaurant.

This is an older hotel. The San Rafael, California Hilton Garden Inn it is not. This is not a destination, just a nice place to stay.

Good location, easy drive (less than 1 mile) to shopping area and eateries.
Although not the fault of the hotel, guest noise at 3am was intolerable.

Good, clean hotel, with good service, in a quiet part of town. I only needed to stay there one night this trip but would certainly do so again.

The air conditioner in our room made a disturbing racket when it cut off.
