Great staff. We arrived early, before check in and front desk staff let us check in early! Clean pool area with hot tub. Comfortable beds. Triple sheeting!
Didn't love that pool area over looks exercise room and that you walk through main lobby to get to pool.

Property was extremely clean and felt new. Room was comfortable and the beds featured memory foam matresses. Brand new HDTV in the room. Common areas were well laid out and stylish. Surprisingly good experience for a 3-star hotel.
It is rare, but I don't have any real negatives on this one. I'd have to stretch - TV only had SHO and not HBO... That's as bad as it got.

Excellent choice when visiting the Eugene area. While not walking distance from the college, this is a solid place to stay. Good selection of restaurants within 3-4 blocks, grocery store, department stores nearby. Request a room on the "Gateway" side if you're going to have a window open, otherwise there can be significant road noise. Breakfast buffet is extra, but well worth it - you can save a couple bucks per person by walking down to Elmers a block away. ...read more

Very nice, modern, comfortable room. Well appointed for business traveler with lots of electrical outlets, Wi Fi, large desk w/ comfortable chair, and a big LCD TV.
Location next to freeway is convienient, but not very scenic.

Very modern, clean, efficient hotel. I highly recommend for business travelers.

I thought breakfast was free, but it was $40 for breakfast for a family of four.

Great hotel at a great price.

Everything was great. Like a palace compared to the dumpy Hilton in downtown Eugene.
Sorry I spent one night at the downtown Hilton in Eugene. The place is so out dated and doesn't come close to the Hilton Garden Inn.

Great place from top to bottom.

The staff was very helpful. It was in a great location.
The beds where the worst beds I have ever slept in at a Hilton. I talked to the staff and they were helpful in showing me how to make it softer (it was like sleeping on a cement slab) but it only made a little difference.

The grounds were beautiful. I went to this hotel with my 11 year old daughter. I felt that this hotel was very family friendly. I liked the pool and Jacuzzi area but the pool was super small. They had a great exercise room with at least one each of the equipment you would find at a gym. I wish they had better beds because I really would have liked to go back to this hotel, but the beds were so hard that they messed up my back. ...read more

The ambiance, the friendly staff, the comfortable beds and an exercise room
I had requested a hotel with a continental breakfast but this hotel did not offer any kind of continental breakfast.

I was pleased with the ambiance of the hotel. The hotel staff was efficient and courteous. The bed was comfortable and the room was pleasant. There was fresh coffee and hot water in the lobby throughout the day and evening. I enjoyed using the exercise room both days I was there. Although I did not use the inside pool there was a lot of happy sounds coming from it; the kids and their parents were enjoying themselves. It was conveniently located very near a major shopping center and plenty of restaurants. I would gladly come here again. ...read more
