This was my second time that priceline scored this location for me and I was glad because my first vist last Nov was really enjoyable. It is just around the corner for a gorcery store, Mexican restuarant, McDonalds and a CVS!!
The cleaning staff were sometimes too energetic in disturbing my peace in the morning....

Nothing bad to write about this location. It is really close to shopping and eating and only minutes away from North Miami beaches. Plus is got a really good bid for under
XXX for this brand...you--hoo!!

Staff was friendly and accomodating; however, when asked about the heated pool, reply was vague and nothing was done about it until too late in the evening.
The pool was not heated, very, very disappointing especially considering it was a relatively cool day with a strong wind.

Make sure to ask about the heated pool early, by the time we asked, it was more or less too late for them to do anything about it as the pool wouldn't have been heated until we checked out. Great hotel, great location to food, shops, ect.

Staff was friendly and very accommodating, even though we arrived late. Upgraded the room at no charge. Check out was super easy over the phone.

Staff was friendly, I requested for early check-in and late check-out and front desk smiled and agreed. the breakfast staff was very effective, I wish it was complimentary. Overall good experience. Will definitely stay again.

The staff is great, they have a great breakfast.
Hotel is nice, I have stayed there several times before but the walls of the rooms that stayed in this time were dirty, I told the staff about it.

Make sure you have a car, because public transportation is not the best in Miramar.

Good hotel rating of 3 star, good hotel, clean, quality, etc. You will have no issues staying here or problems that i would make others aware of before hand.
Shower. Someone installed inferior obama beast showerheads, which are some of the low end, 2 dollar cost, plastic junk designed to "save water". They in tern have clogged internally, and the volume out is pittiful. *Allow 1 extra hour to rinse soap*

Hotel is good for 3 star. This is what would be expected for a typical corporate traveler setting hotel. Rooms and common areas are clean, not in need of repair, and well taken care of. Staff is spot on and professional, well the night staff that i met. Nothing else to really comment on. Didnt have time to use the gym or the pool, nor did i sample the food or test out the bar. The bed was very uncomfortable very hard. The pool area was overlooking the parking lot, did not offer much privacy.
