Business Traveler
Hotel is good for 3 star. This is what would be expected for a typical corporate traveler setting hotel. Rooms and common areas are clean, not in need of repair, and well taken care of. Staff is spot on and professional, well the night staff that i met. Nothing else to really comment on. Didnt have time to use the gym or the pool, nor did i sample the food or test out the bar. Bed was comfy, towels and sheets were clean, room was well stocked. ...

Great price. Great location. The Comcast party though was over the top. We called the office twice and Managemant told us they were aware of the (loud)noise. Our room was on the 2nd floor (above the party room)and it literally shook the walls. After we complained, the staff told us that it would end @ 10 PM. If this hotel wants to hold "a party room", it should be in a separate area of the hotel, away from guest rooms. It did end @ 10 PM. This might be an isolated incident, but it was a bad decision on the hotel's part. One member of our party is a patient at the Cleveland Clinic and was there for medical procedures. Friday evening was a day of rest for her. Not quite! ...

Business Traveler
This is a nice hotel. Unforunately I had a horrible stay. I was put on the first floor next to the party room. There was a loud and rowdy group until 12 am and then I was woken around 7 am by a band playing in the room. Pretty ridiculous experience. I didn't appreciate the rude girl at the front counter either. But oh well nothing anyone can do right. Priceline and the Hilton got their money and that's what is important! ...

Overall, my stay was wonderful . Not only were the staff friendly and welcoming , the room was very cozy, free wifi and the small kitchenette was also very convenient.
