The person that took my call, looked up all my info and confirmed that I could extend. Went out next morning, shopped all day and got back to the hotel with the key to the suite not working. My husband went to the front desk and they reset the key. He came back and tried but still didn't work but someone in the suite opened the door. Went to the front desk and they had no info of us staying for a second night. They threw out 3 cooler, 1 bottle of Malibu, a unopened box of breakfast sandwiched and 6 waters that were in the fridge. They did not offer us another room, just kept saying I'm sorry. ...

The room was very comfortable, beds were adjustable which is excellent. Staff were very friendly. Did not eat there, a little too pricey for breakfast. Would be nice, if they offered free buffet style breakfast. Cost was a little expensive, but staying the one night was OK. Being a senior, could only afford the one night, if needed to stay longer, could not have paid that price. But the hotel was excellent. ...
