good location
uncomfortable beds, rude staff when I called ahead of time.

Hotel will no longer accepts requests for room type saying those requests have to be made through priceline. Priceline tells me room requests have to be made with the hotel. If hotels stop accepting room type requests, I will no longer be able to use priceline.

Extremely friendly staff; sanitized down pillows for allergy sufferers.
Reaching the tp was a stretch.

Great location for visiting Univ. of Hartford: quiet, clean, friendly staff.
