the front desk staff was horrible!!! the bar tender girl was very helpful tho and the hot tub was great!
the front desk staff was not helpful at all and did not have any knowledge of the hotel they worked for and the bed was horrible
not what i was expecting for a stay at the HILTON!!! The front desk staff was not very helpful or pleasent!!! And the bed was not comfortable at all! But the hot tub was great!!

It was in a very convenient location and it was very clean.
Staff was not trained very well at all. The service was very poor.
Although the hotel was nice and convenient I will not be staying there again. The staff was not trained properly. They put about 7 different holds in my cards totaling to over $560! Then it was a complete nightmare getting them cleared. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean, safe, Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and patient.
Bathroom counter space was very small. May have been the handicap room layout. Did not request handicap room not sure why I was assigned one.
