Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Garden Inn Houston/Sugar Land
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(1) | Traveling as Couple(4) | Family with Young Children(8) | Family with Teens(3) | Group Traveler(2)

The desk was setup where I could watch the front door and the television swiveled so that I could work and enjoy HBO. Complimentary wi-fi and internet worked great and no additional fee. The bed was very comfortable.
It was a rare cold day and the pool was outdoors, thus I could not enjoy it. The staff ensured me that it was heated but the 30 mph winds weren't heated.

The hotel is perfectly located near shpps and restaurants and was close to the convention center which is what we needed.
With priceline I forgot that it only allows to book for two adults. Therefore we did not have enough beds. I realize that the site tells you to call the hotel for other arrangements but I would like priceline to build this feature in.
If you are looking for a very nice, clean hotel located near shops and restaurants then this hotel is perfect. Small pool, but great workout facility. Nice area of town so our family felt extremely safe.

The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our stay was a comfortable as possible. The bartender provided us with plates and silverware to eat the dinner we had bought at the store across the way, without question.
There was a noisy group of folks on the same floor, but it was not severe enough to warranty a confrontation. Everything quieted down, and we all slept well.

Good location
Friendly staff and great locations near a few restaurants. Not far from good shopping and even more places to eat.
