the staff were very polite
it was behind another hotel and drove by it as signage was not great, had to circle around as you can only enter from one side of the main road

Room was ok. Some of the staff not really. See what I didn't like below
Well lets start with chewing gum left in the washbasin and well overpriced on food (2 eggs coffe $14) and staff after leaving "only" $2 tip on $14 breakfast no thank you or have a good day even though I repeated thanks thinking she didn't hear me 1st time

very clean freindly staff all the amenities that they statedwere there and in good shape including exercise room and pool
cable tv quit working and unable to fix but this was the only glitch in the whole stay

The staff were very friendly and the main lobby was beautiful and welcoming.
The rooms did not look as nice as the photos showed they would and the pillows were horrible.

Location was a little tricky to get into properly, they need better pillows and the shower could use some adjustments (including cleaning the drain so water does not sit in the tub). Also, the room we were placed in was right next to the elevator so we constantly head a binging noise and conversations by anyone near there.

Helpful staff and location.
Breakfast not included, but can't ask for everything!

Great place that always has room. The turn into the parking lot is easy to miss and it's annoying turning around on route 59. It shares the parking lot with the Hampton Inn.

The staff was amazing and te room was nice.
There was no breakfast included with the room. Usually there are breakfast items availae at this star level and there were not at this location. Breakfast was available for a charge.

I fell and hurt myself in the hotel parking lot, the staff did not show any concern. they were doing renovation the hotel

I like the flat screen high def TV, room was very clean, the room also smell great, i liked having a fridge and microwave.
The hotel was under construction and the entrance to the hotel isnt clear. Its directly behind the Hampton Inn

Bathroom and room was very clean and smelled great. Loved having a high 37 inch flat screen TV with Hi Def channels, microwave, and fridge. Hotel is one right turn from the highway. Malls and Restaurants were right down the road (not more than 2mins). All in all hotel is great for the price. The only issue is that the hotel is located behind Hampton in and the entrance isn't really clearly labeled ...read more
