I loved the location. I could see the Convention Center from my room and so much was within walking distance.
I was very dissapointed in the restaurant. On weekends, they serve breakfast only, which was VERY dissapointing, and it is a pretty expensive buffet.

This was a good experience. The hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly. It is in a great location for all that you could want to see in New Orleans. Valet parking was $30/day, which was a little much. I would stay here again.

Hotel staff tried their best to make it right. I didn't get the room I paid for. I needed 2 queen beds because I have children and I ended up with one King and my kids had to sleep on the floor. The hotel overbooked and said they would comp my room.
They overbook and if you arrive late you get screwed out of your room. And you get what you get. My vehicle was also booted infront of the hotel where I was told to park by the hotel desk clerk. The vallet did it saying that I wasn't allowed to park there

The hotel staff tried to make it right by comping my room and breakfast.

The staff was cordial! Now I know what southern hospitality is!

The hotel had many amenities. It had a second floor roof top pool with whirl pool tub that was magnificent! I have stayed in numerous hotels before.
